For this recent project, we executed a high-quality installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in the hallway and lounge of a residential property. This installation showcases our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch flooring solutions.

Preparation: We began by addressing the existing floorboards, laying ply board over half of the flooring to create a stable foundation. This step is crucial to ensure the longevity and durability of the new flooring. Next, we applied F. Ball and Co. Ltd. 1200 Pro Latex Screed over the entire area. This high-performance screed provides a smooth and level surface, essential for a flawless LVT installation.\

Installation: With the subfloor perfectly prepared, we proceeded to install Polyflor Ltd. Colonia in Wild Amber. This luxury vinyl tile was laid in a straight pattern, creating a sleek and elegant appearance. The Wild Amber finish brings a warm and inviting tone to the spaces, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the hallway and lounge.

Result: The completed installation not only looks stunning but also offers practical benefits such as durability and easy maintenance. The choice of Colonia in Wild Amber adds a touch of sophistication to the home, creating a cohesive and stylish look.
